Enable incentive management for channel partners

The aim of this project was to provide channel marketing and channel sales with a global framework and a platform to efficiently deliver channel partner incentive programs. Global availability of reward fulfilment as well as multi-language support were a must-have to ensure partner satisfaction.

The Incentive Management Platform implemented in this case was the E³ Rewards platform from PerksWW.

Goal

  • Designed global incentive program framework with regional variations
  • Selected a vendor and set up chosen incentive platform according to incentive program framework
  • Implemented integrations between incentive platform, partner portal, data warehouse, Salesforce.com and SSO for users
  • Launched with a staggered roll out, supported regions with both internal and external user adoption
